Wire Harness Assembly Ellabell, GA 

Leading Ellabell manufacturing facility is seeking a Wire Harness Assembler for immediate hire. In this role you will interpret blueprints and wrap the wires at specified points to create a harness and solder wires to connectors and determine harness specifications such as wire length and secure the knots using a sealing liquid.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Company, Customer, and Industry standards and requirements.
• Communicate clearly with Procurement department and suppliers as needed.
• Work to meet customer & internal production schedules.
• Maintain high level of integrity dealing with all departments within the
  organization
• Identify process improvements.
• Maintain work area to appropriate standards, based on 6S methodologies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures described in Employment Manual.
• Drive to meet or exceed time goals for each job performed.
• Learn to utilize PLEX operating system as related to Production and job function.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, understand and execute both written and verbal instructions
  such as blueprints and electrical wiring schematics.
• Ability to read scales, Tape measures, Calipers,
• Ability to retain large amounts of data and to execute tasks at hand using
  that data at a later time.
• Ability to use tools such as Side Cutters, Crimpers, Wire Stripers, Special Jigs,
  Press tools.
• Basic Computer skills(Microsoft Office-Excel, Word).
• Complete tasks within a timely manner.
• Work individually and handle multitasking.
• Ability to take instructions and communicate instructions as needed.
• Experience with Direct Current (DC) is essential
